Accessing our services - Improvements to our phone system

Please read further for information about improvements to our phone system.

We are making some improvements to make accessing our services easier and quicker for you.

By using our online klinik form, this frees up our phone line for when you need it most and are therefore making the following changes.

Our appointment line will remain open all day from 8.00am to 6pm for those that are not able to complete a klinik online.

Our prescription line will remain open between 8.30am and 9.30am and 3pm and 4pm for any queries that you are not able to complete a klinik online for.

Our results and general enquiries line will be amalgamated and will be available between 2pm and 6pm. You can view your results online 24/7 using the NHS App, and submit general enquiries via a klinik form from 8am.
