If you have been referred for more treatments or tests, you can check on the referral using our online form. You will need a letter of referral from your GP if you would like to see a private specialist or consultant.

If your query relates to a 2 week wait referral and it has been over 10 days since the date of the referral, use our online consultation service to contact us and we will follow this up.
You can book a referral though the NHS e-Referral service. Please note you will need your booking reference number and password or access code.
