Enhanced access

For patients who are registered at a Paignton GP surgery, it is possible to book appointments outside of normal surgery times at local surgeries, this is known as the Enhanced Access Service.

At Corner Place Surgery our patients can access a range of Phlebotomy, Health Care Assistant, Nurse and Doctor appointments though the enhanced access service.

"Enhanced Access" is not a walk in service, appointments are for routine general practice issues and not for urgent care. When using the service, your clinician may be from a different local practice. When you book an appointment you will be asked for consent to share your own GPs record with the clinician providing your care. We need this to ensure the correct treatment and to allow us to prescribe for you.

NON-EMERGENCY: For information on how to access services outside normal surgery hours please call the surgery on 01803 557458.You will be given the option to be transferred to Practice Plus Group where you will be given advice or directed to the appropriate service. 

EMERGENCY: Dial 999 or go to your nearest A&E Department (you must not dial 999 for anything other than an emergency)
