View test results online using the NHS App or Patient Access. You can also contact the surgery for results if you are unable to access them online.

If you are unable to access your results online, you can call the surgery on 01803 557458, option 3, between 9am and 3pm
To protect patient confidentiality, we can only give results to the person they relate to unless permission has been provided or the person is unable to manage their own affairs
