Order a repeat prescription
NHS App (recommended)
The NHS App is our preferred way to order repeat prescriptions.
You can also use the NHS App to:
- nominate or change your pharmacy
- view your medical record
- view or cancel appointments
- receive message from the practice.
Patient Access
You can also order repeat prescriptions using Patient Access.
If you are registering for Patient Access for the first time, you will need to bring two forms of identification to the surgery before your account can be activated.
Online consultation service (Klinik)
You can submit a prescription request using our online consultation service.
Select I have a prescription request or enquiry then Repeat medication request
Unlike the NHS App and Patient Access, you will need to enter the details of your request each time you use this service.
This service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.
Paper requests
You can order a repeat prescription by:
- ticking the items you need on your repeat prescription slip
- completing a white prescription request form available in reception
Please place your request in the prescription post box, located in the front lobby.
Avoid delays
If you are requesting:
- a medication that is not on your regular repeat list
- a medication you have not received for some time
- medication earlier than expected
please include the reason for your request.
Providing this information can help us process your request more quickly.
