If you already have an appointment with us, you can change or cancel it using one of the options below.
If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient.
Change your appointment
To change the time or date of you can
- Use our online consultation service.
- Call the surgery on 01803 557458, option 2.
We recommend using our online service where possible, as this is often the quickest way for us to help you.
Cancel your appointment
You can cancel your appointment:
- by clicking the cancellation link in your appointment reminder text message.
- using the NHS App or Patient Access
- by calling the surgery on 01803 557458 and using the automated service (option 1)
