We ask patients to use our online consultation service where possible, as this helps us respond more quickly and keeps phone lines free for those who need them most.
How we review requests
When you contact us, our clinical team will review your request and make sure you get the right care.
- Urgent problems are dealt with as soon as possible, usually on the same day.
- Routine problems are usually arranged within 2 weeks.
You may be offered an appointment with a GP or another member of the team, depending on what you need.
Making the most of your appointment
To help us keep appointments running on time and make sure everyone gets the care they need, we usually ask that you discuss one problem per appointment.
If you have more than one concern, please let us know when you contact us so we can arrange the right support.
